We raise our birds on pure, natural, local feeds that do not contain hormones, medications or antibiotics. The birds are grown on pasture in pens that are moved daily to provide the birds with a fresh supply of greens. Water comes from our own well that is laboratory tested regularly for purity. Processing is done on site in a WSDA approved mobile facility and monitored by the WSDA to insure the safety and quality of the finished product. The birds are then vacuum packed, quick frozen and held at a temperature of zero degrees to guarantee freshness and long lasting quality. Individual birds average about 4 lbs and are priced at $2.49/lb. You can buy cheaper at the supermarket but you won't be getting the far superior quality and flavor of pasture raised birds. Just try it. You'll never want to eat store bought chicken again.
You've heard all the horror stories about modern confinement production facilities. As you can see from the picture above, our birds are raised in a humane way. They enjoy a clean and healthy life of sunshine and fresh air before they come to your table.
