Registered Galloway Cattle!
Our registered Galloways have been carefully selected to perform solely on grass. Ultrasound data shows them to have excellent carcass characteristics. All are very tender with good marbling, ribeye shape and area scores. The oldest beef breed, Galloway cattle are famous for the flavor of their meat, but don't take our word for it.
